Depending on your journey: identity and contact details, answers to the intake questionnaire (health data, handled with particular care), appointment and payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe; no banking data is stored on our servers.

Purposes and legal basis

The data is used solely for therapeutic support and appointment management. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary for your follow-up, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.
